Omni Fiber (“we” or “us”) values your privacy, and we are committed to protecting your personal information. This privacy policy clearly explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information when you use our services (the “Services”).

  • Service & Billing Information – Payment details (e.g., credit card or bank account information), service agreements, account history, broadband plan details, service level agreements, and billing records.
  • Network & Device Information – IP address, device identifiers (e.g., MAC address, serial number, FSAN number), router details, network type, security settings, encryption type, and Wi-Fi performance metrics. We also collect data related to your devices and their interactions with our network, including device type, vendor, OS, connected devices, and traffic priorities.
  • Usage & Performance Data – Internet, VoIP, and video service usage details, such as data usage, call and connection history, download and upload speeds, latency, signal strength, and network efficiency. We may also collect broadband flow data, including source and destination IP addresses and port numbers, as well as blocked files or websites due to security measures.
  • Customer Support & Correspondence – Records of communications, including emails, chat messages, and customer support inquiries. We collect responses if you complete our surveys or provide feedback.
  • Third-Party & Additional Sources – We may supplement the information you provide with data from public sources, marketing partners, data providers, and third-party platforms, including social media services.
  • Information Collected Automatically
    As you use our Services, we may collect information about your device, browsing behavior, and usage patterns through automatic tracking technologies. This includes:
  • Usage details (e.g., traffic data, logs, location data, and accessed resources), usag information about the channels, programs, and advertisements to which your device was tuned when you subscribe to our video service to provide you video
    content;
  • Device and network information (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system, and unique device identifiers);
  • Behavioral tracking data (e.g., online activity over time and across third-party sites);
  • Call records, including the phone numbers that you call and that call you, the times and dates of those calls, the number of text messages sent and received, and when you subscribe to our phone and/or mobile service

We use this data to improve our Services, personalize your experience, optimize search functions, and recognize returning users.

2. Location Information

When you access our network, we may collect general location information, such as the city or zip code corresponding to the license of your device’s IP address or, more precisely, geolocation data that indicates your precise location at a specific point in time. We may also collect location information when you use certain services and applications, including precise geolocation information such as your service address and the location of your
device or another device on which you have installed an Omni Fiber application.

3. Mobile Messaging

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages about our services, products, and promotions. You can opt-in by:

  • Providing your phone number and consenting online.
  • Sending a message with a designated keyword.
  • Agreeing to messages when placing an order.

To unsubscribe, reply “STOP” to any message. We do not rent, share, or sell your number to unaffiliated third parties

4. Use of personal information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your account; To fulfill requests for new services or changes to your account or the products and services you already receive;
  • To manage and configure our device(s), system(s) and network(s);
  • To identify you once you register on our Services;
  • To provide you better usability;
  • To contact you and respond to your queries, feedback, and information about our Services;
  • To understand how the Services are being used, including through the creation of operational and marketing reports based on de-identified and/or aggregated service usage information;
  • To protect the security of our system, prevent fraud, detect unauthorized reception, use, and abuse of any Omni Fiber product, service, website, or application, and to enforce any Omni Fiber policy or applicable terms of service; or
  • To provide you with information about our own and third parties’ goods and services
    that may be of interest to you.

5. Data used for marketing or shared with third parties

  • We do not sell to or share with third parties, for their own marketing or advertising purposes, any information that personally identifies our customers or other individuals who use our products, services, or applications; however, in some cases, we may disclose information, such as an IP address or device identifier, to a third-party partner as needed to support our advertising and video programming distribution businesses.
  • If you subscribe to our telephone service, your name, address and/or telephone number may be transmitted via Caller ID, published and distributed in affiliated or unaffiliated telephone directories, and available through affiliated or unaffiliated directory assistance operators.
  • We may disclose your information to service providers who perform business activities and functions on our behalf to support our interactions with you, such as billing and collections, payment processing, analytics and research, marketing and advertising, service delivery and customization, maintenance and operations, and fraud prevention. These service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services on our behalf.
  • We may disclose personal information to comply with valid legal process, including subpoenas, court orders or search warrants. In some instances where there is a valid legal request or an order to disclose information about you, we may notify you of such a request or order. Then, it may be up to you to object or take specific action to prevent any disclosures pursuant to those requests or orders.

  • We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our website and services. Our website contains links from and to other websites. However, our privacy policy applies only to our website and not to other linked websites. If you click on a link to another website, you can read their privacy policy. Omni Fiber LLC uses VerifyPass to verify eligibility for the Hero Discount. 10. Use and Protection of Consumer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)

Under federal law, we are required to protect the confidentiality of Consumer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) in accordance with the rules established by the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”). CPNI includes certain information about your use of our telecommunications services, such as:

  • The types of services you subscribe to,
  • The amount and usage details of those services, and
  • Information contained in your telecommunications bills.
  • CPNI does not include personal information such as your name, address, or phone number.

We may use your CPNI to:

  • Provide and improve the telecommunications services you purchase from us,

  • Protect against fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use of our network
  • We do not share, sell, or disclose your CPNI to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit approval, except as permitted by law or necessary to provide the services you have requested.

12. Data Security and Retention
