Omni Fiber Referral Program Terms & Conditions

As a Referrer, you are subject to the Omni Fiber Privacy Policy (omnifiber.com/privacy-notice) as well as the following additional Terms and Conditions for Omni Fiber’s Referral Programs.

 

The Referrer. A Referrer is defined as an Omni Fiber customer, a non-Omni Fiber customer, or an influencer who shares their unique referral link/code with someone who may be interested in signing up for Omni Fiber services. The Referrer may not make any promises, guarantees, or representations about services that are not authorized by Omni Fiber.

 

The Referee. A Referee is defined as a non-Omni Fiber customer within a serviceable area who has received a unique referral link/code from the Referrer and may be interested in signing up for Omni Fiber services.

 

The Referral Link/Code. The Referral Link/Code is defined as a unique URL and code created by the Referrer, an Omni Fiber Sales Representative, or an Omni Fiber Customer Care Representative. The Referrer can create their custom link/code by visiting omnifiber.com/refer. Examples of both are listed below:

  • Referral Link Example: https://refer.omnifiber.com/janedoe
  • Referral Code Example: janedoe

A referral link/code is only valid for 90 days from the time it is created.

 

OMNI FIBER ONLINE REFERRAL PROGRAM

The Omni Fiber Online Referral Program is defined as the Referrer sharing their unique referral link/code with the Referee via email, text message, or social media (as a social post or direct message). The Referee either clicks on the referral link to visit the Omni Fiber website or uses the referral code at checkout via online or phone call with an Outside Sales or Customer Care Representative.

 

Once an order is completed and installed, the Referee becomes eligible to become a Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a Referee who has installed our services, is in good standing, and remains an Omni Fiber customer for 60 days after the installation date (not the order date). A Referrer is limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referee. In other words, any additional/repeat purchases or upgrades made by the same Referee are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. If all qualifications are met, a $50 e-gift card will be sent via email to the Referrer and the Referee, where they can choose from a variety of retailers, restaurants, and entertainment. Please allow up to 14 days to confirm active status and eligibility.

 

OMNI FIBER OFFLINE REFERRAL PROGRAM

The Omni Fiber Offline Referral Program is defined as a program used by our Outside Sales and Customer Care teams to help new customers become Referrers. Representatives will help new customers create their unique link/code and send invites to friends, family members, co-workers, neighbors, etc. Outside Sales and/or Customer Care teams will also follow up on the Referrer’s behalf with Referees.

 

The Referrer will also receive their link/code via email for reference later.

 

Once an order is completed and installed, the Referee becomes eligible to become a Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a Referee who has installed our services, is in good standing, and remains an Omni Fiber customer for 60 days after installation date (not order date). A Referrer is limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referee. In other words, any additional/repeat purchases or upgrades made by the same Referee are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. If all qualifications are met, a $50 account credit will be applied to the Referrer and the Referee on the following month’s bill. Please allow up to 14 days to confirm active status and eligibility.

 

OMNI FIBER INFLUENCER REFERRAL PROGRAM

The Omni Fiber Influencer Referral Program is defined as the Influencer sharing their unique referral link/code to the Referee via social media or QR scan. The Influencer may be, but is not limited to, a social media figure, podcaster, computer repair shop, or realtor, and works closely with the Omni Fiber Marketing team. The Referee either clicks on the referral link to visit the Omni Fiber website or uses the referral code at checkout via online or phone call with a Customer Care Representative.

 

Once an order is completed and installed, the Referee becomes eligible to become a Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a Referee who has installed our services, is in good standing, and remains an Omni Fiber customer for 60 days after the installation date (not order date). The Influencer is limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referee. In other words, any additional/repeat purchases or upgrades made by the same Referee are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. If all qualifications are met, a $100 e-gift card will be issued to the Influencer and the Referee via email to choose from a variety of retailers, restaurants, and entertainment. Or, if an Influencer prefers to be paid by ACH, the ACH will be processed, and the Referee will receive their $100 e-gift card. Please allow up to 14 days to confirm active status and eligibility.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Referrer and Referee cannot be the same person (for example, using a different email address), and/or both parties residing at the same address. Referees must be current non-customers of Omni Fiber and live in an existing service area at an eligible address. Omni Fiber service is not available in all areas and varies by address.

 

To earn referral rewards (e-gift card or account credit) as a Referrer, the Referee must complete an order greater than $19.95 per month in total value and installation within 90 days of the referral link/code being created. Failure to do so will disqualify the Referrer and the Referee and require the Referrer to start the process of creating a referral link/code over again.

 

For each Qualified Referral, Omni Fiber will send the Referrer and Referee a $50 or $100 e-gift card via email or process a $50 account credit on the third month’s bill (dependent on which program the Referrer is enrolled in).

 

  • FOR E-GIFT CARDS. As a Referrer/Influencer, you are responsible for any tax liability resulting from e-gift cards that exceed $599 in a calendar year. E-gift cards are sent via email from Tremendous, a 3rd party gift card provider, on behalf of Omni Fiber ([email protected]) after eligibility is met and verified. The e-gift cards are electronic and are subject to any applicable terms and conditions from Tremendous (view their terms and conditions here) and to the terms and limitations of the specific merchant and e-gift card selected.

The Referrer and/or Referee do not have the option to change between an e-gift card and an account credit. For example, if an e-gift card is to be issued, a Referrer/Referee cannot call and inquire about an account credit.

 

The Referrer must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner. Bulk email distribution, or emailing multiple accounts from one account, is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link/code that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination of your Omni Fiber account and exclusion from the Omni Fiber Referral Programs.

 

Customers who have disconnected their Omni Fiber service do not qualify for the Referral Programs as a Referee. The Referral Programs are designed for first-time Omni Fiber customers, but special one-off exceptions may be allowed at the discretion of the Omni Fiber Marketing team.

 

Omni Fiber employees or contractors working on behalf of Omni Fiber who receive commissions are not eligible to be a Referrer or an Influencer. All other non-commission-based employees can and are encouraged to participate in the Referral Programs.

 

Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Omni Fiber’s Referral Programs cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation unless they are determined eligible at Omni Fiber’s sole discretion.

 

FULFILLMENT REQUESTS/CONCERNS/QUESTIONS

Should there be a request/concern/question about an e-gift card or account credit(s), Referrers, Influencers, and/or Referees have 180 days after installation date (not order date) to contact Omni Fiber by phone at 844-844-6664. Afterwards, Omni Fiber is not responsible or liable for e-gift cards or account credit(s) after 180 days. Recipients are encouraged to check their spam, promotions, or social folders within their email before calling. Email anti-spam filters may send the e-gift card reward email to any of these folders. We also encourage you to add [email protected] to your contact list to avoid this issue from happening.

 

RIGHT TO CLOSE ACCOUNTS

Omni Fiber reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referee and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referee attempts to use the Omni Fiber Referral Programs in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms and Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation.

 

RIGHT TO TERMINATE A RELATIONSHIP WITH AN INFLUENCER

Omni Fiber reserves the right to terminate a relationship with an Influencer for any egregious acts or behaviors. These acts or behaviors are, but not limited to: drug or alcohol use in posts promoting Omni Fiber, misconduct, misrepresentation of Omni Fiber and its services, and/or criminal investigation.

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL THE REFERRAL PROGRAM OR CHANGE TERMS

Omni Fiber reserves the right to cancel the Referral Programs or to change these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time. We offer our referral services “as is”. Other than our commitment to provide a referral reward for a qualified customer, we have no other obligation or liability to you.
